Deine Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest federführend am Relaunch unserer Applikation und entwickelst UI/UX-Konzepte, die du mit unserem Team abstimmst.
- Du schreibst Code für den Frontend-Bereich.
- Du veranschaulichst deine Ideen anhand von Wireframes.
- Als Frondend-Spezialist bist ebenso in Kundenprojekten Hauptansprechpartner für UI/UX-Themen.
- Du gestaltest als Mitglied eines agilen Teams den Scrum-Prozess aktiv mit und begleitest alle Phasen von der Planung bis zur Retro mit.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Iterationen ganz nach dem Prinzip „You build it, you run it!“
- Du hältst Ausschau nach den aktuellen Trends und bleibst immer up-to-date. Neue Ideen und Ansätze sind immer willkommen.
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsabschluss der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts- oder Medien)-Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast bereits vielfältige Projekterfahrung in der Oberflächenentwicklung sammeln können und lebst den menschenzentrierten Entwicklungsprozess.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Programmierkenntnisse in HTML, CSS und JavaScript.
- Gleichermaßen hast du Projekterfahrung mit Frameworks wie Angular, Vue oder React.
- Idealerweise beherrscht du Wireframe-Tools (wie z.B. XD)
- Wenn du darüber hinaus noch mit Testautomatisierungen (z.B. Cypress) vertraut bist, ist das super.
- Du arbeitest gern im Team und schätzt eine freundschaftliche und respektvolle Arbeitsatmosphäre.
- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Backend-Entwicklern, Gestaltern, Projektmangern und Kunden.
- Du liebst es, dein Wissen zu teilen und Neues zu lernen.
- Du gestaltest gern, bringst eigene Ideen und Erfahrungen ein.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und (sehr) gute Englisckenntnisse.

We, the escape team, are toolmakers, futurists and digital agency at the same time. We have been developing software solutions since our foundation in 1996. Ten years ago, we started with the development of our in-house software cellms®.
In the meantime, we have developed a powerful and versatile solution for small and medium-sized businesses, whose modules mainly cover the areas of CMS, CRM, shop & merchandise management, event & conference management as well as e-mail and social media marketing. With our team of 15, we are constantly expanding the functional scope of cellms®.
cellms® is used by our customers. We provide them, such as the Academy of Media Arts Cologne, the SPD or Promos consult, with continuous and sustainable support for their digitalisation projects. Our project and product management comes from a single source and is oriented towards the concrete needs of the users.
